W2Kx-Web is a reseller for
a larger advanced hosting provider for experienced site owners, webmasters and developers
and our pricing directly reflects the services, not support. Our FREE support services are limited to
server and network help. We will only provide help if the issue is on our side.
We are
not a consulting service and will not teach in any form or definition. If
you plan to use third party software or advanced scripts and applications
with our service then you must know how and be able to troubleshoot should
you experience troubles.
If you
need help with your software, scripts or other third party applications we
recommend that you hire and experienced webmaster or consulting firm for
assistance. If you want our services, prices start at $55 / hour.
If you want to report a server problem and you are certain
the problem is on our side please email reports@W2Kx-Web.com and
an administrator will look at the problem.
